Used to be a GREAT game
It was great when it started but as updates progressed, unfortunately, the game seems to have lost sight of where it all started, that’s to rebuilt the estate aside from the other side quests. Doesn’t matter that game developers have removed (coin purchased) buildings & clarifications with developers summarised to “just keep building and upgrading”. This carrot dangling tactic was lost in hindsight as (estate) upgrades just keeps the buildings out of reach, with no indication of (specific) level buildings would be unlocked, quite frankly, it’s just another tactic to keep playing the game without a goal. To draw an example, the promised land never existed, no matter the distance travelled. If this is the case of a “play to win” game, then it defeats the game dynamics as Daisho is more of township building genre than a competitive nature. Anyway, I’ve stopped playing Daisho as its pointless to play game that’s requires occasional check-in and the time spent on estate building is always out of reach. For passing time games, it’s better to stick to games that require less attention and a “quit when you like” mentality.
