I have been using this app for almost a month! I didn’t want to pay the higher monthly fee, so i contacted them and they quickly replied telling me how i can get a longer renewal for a better rate. I can’t wait to keep burning calories while learning some fun dance moves!
How do I cancel????
I signed up for trial, cancelled same day. This far have had 2 charges for $54.36 each and no one will respond to me. I have to change my entire bank card now just so I will not get any further charges and what a headache this will be, never mind I am sure they will not credit the $108.72 they have already charged! Stay away from this app!!!
Videos do not meet my expectations and are low quality with no real choreography and no recognizable music. My expectations is that the dance videos were going to be similar to fly dance fitness or housework workouts. Instead of the videos are just very basic moves (ie, step touch, move your hips side to side, etc) and and there is no actual choreography or dances to learn. The videos are low quality and do not meet my expectations. Upset that I paid $20 for a month trial when I will not be using the app. I immediately cancelled my membership and requested a refund as I haven’t even completed one class and do not plan on using it, but they didn’t denied my refund request. I do not recommend these videos or this app at all. I wish that I could get my money back.
