- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.

So much fun!
I am really enjoying this app for exercise and rhythm!
First Day
First day, hence 4 stars as still lots to discover. What I like today was that the workouts are short so I feel like I’m achieving, which left me wanting to do another AND a third! So now I’m feeling fantastic! The duration of workouts was 4 mins, 9mins and 7 or 8 mins. So day one I’ve done 20 mins and finished feeling great. I’ve chosen Latin dance as I enjoy it, works for my age and stage. The moves are reasonably simple so far, so managing to follow routines, while exercising legs, arms and waist. Be back tomorrow 💝

I cancelled and then 2 months later they took £66 out of my bank. Scoundrels
Scam
Scam. I paid £18 for a trial unbeknown to me they set up 2 auto payments from my PayPal account for over £94 which is an outrageous amount to be charged for a dance app. Dancebit would not refund & PayPal did not help and was left out of pocket right before Christmas Luckily managed to stop the 2nd £94 payment to these scammers. Be careful

Great first day
Doesn’t work and refund refused
I was looking forward to using this but after repeatedly trying to log in and getting error messages, even after I emailed to support and they reset it, I still can’t log in. So I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds. But I haven’t received the thing I paid for, haven’t been able to use it, so that seems wrong.
Taken money with no notice or explanation
Just had over £150 taken off my credit card with no explanation and when trying to access ‘subscriptions’ or click any links in the help section there was no information available. Such a poor user experience with hidden commitments to subscribe to non existent services and a dead end ‘help’ section.
Unauthorised Payment
I signed up for 28 days and didn’t really use any more than 7 r 8 days but at the end of the month they helped themselves to £94.75 without my consent. Don’t understand how they think it’s acceptable to charge when not being used. So angry 😡. Be very careful if u signing up for this.
