Pre-booking a taxi is a trap and customer service is poor
Ordering a taxi normally with this app was a 2/5 experience, but pre-booking a taxi for a very important appointment was at most a 0/5 experience. A taxi was booked at 8:20 the next morning and as there was no taxi to be seen by 8:30, we called the company for an update. After being in queue for 15 minutes, we were told that ”we are busy and can’t send a taxi for the next 2 hours” and the line was cut off. No apology and no kind of norification about a delay or anything.
