Poor User Experience and Wrong Pickup
I recently used DanTaxi to book a ride, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall user experience. The app is unintuitive and confusing, and it is by far the worst ride-hailing app I have ever used. It doesn't show the driver's details, such as their car number, color, or photo, and it doesn't let you cancel or contact the driver. Moreover, the app doesn't have any customer support, and if you call support, they ask you to call another number on Monday from fixed timings. The biggest issue I had with the app was the security concern. During my ride, the driver picked up another rider by mistake and charged them for my ride. This is unacceptable and a gross violation of my privacy and security. I was wrongly charged for a ride that I didn't take, which caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. In summary, I would not recommend this taxi company's app to anyone. It needs significant improvement in terms of usability and customer support, and most importantly, it needs to address the security concerns. I hope the company takes immediate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
