Absolutely no response from the customer service team. They advertise support 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm, yet no response by email or what’s app. Will never use them again.

Last time I asked to order Filipino mad but you sent me Indonesian.

Honestly they are the best cleaning service company I delt with The assistant and the helper and all the team are great and so much helpful. They have the helper janky araya she is perfect and very professional. Thank to all the team

You may get the service you paid for or you may not. There is no guarantee. But you’ll definitely pay and never get your money back even if you don’t get the service you requested and paid for. Will not use this again and I raised a complaint with the ministry of commerce.
