No coordination between customer services and employees
I booked a cleaner for 1 month services twice a week (so 8 visits in total), paid upfront. I informed the customer services in advance about the starting time that I needed for the cleaner to start her work i.e. to start duty at 9am. Problem is that I was receiving phone calls from the driver responsible of dropping the cleaner at my place around 7:30am informing me that he was about to drop her in less than 10 minutes... It’s like the customer services is not sharing any information. Anyway after informing him about that, he dropped the cleaner the first day around 10:00 am (the cleaner did a great job, the quality of her work was really good). Then I discussed again with the customer services to again inform them that no one was expected before 9 am to make sure it won’t happen again. Unfortunately scenario happened again, the driver calling me around 7:30am and me explaining him that duty should not start before 9am. The worst here is that this time no one came at all! No phone calls neither from the driver nor from the customer services. Now that I’m really disappointed about the overall services and that I want a refund for the remaining visits (6 in total) I’m not able to get any proper feedbacks from customer services. Very disappointed!
