DAZN: Stream Live Sports

Je me suis abonné à DAZN pour suivre la ligue 1 et spécialement l’Olympique de Marseille! Or à ce jour aucun match de ligue 1 n’a été retransmis sur votre plate-forme. Allez-vous remédier à ce problème?

Je suis abonné depuis novembre 2023. Intérêt : TOUS les matchs de Jupiler Pro Ligue et Ligue 1. J avais DAZN pour la Jupiler Pro Ligue et Amazonpoyr la Ligue 1. Je n ai pas de problème de budget. L application est tellement nulle que je ne peux ni augmenter mon offre Ligue 1 ( réduite à 1 match ) Ni augmenter mon offre Jupiler Pro Ligue (3 matchs) : impossible ! Bravo : il paraît que vous cherchez des abonnés : la plupart contestent le prix ! Moi pas du tout ! Mais je n ai pas accès à ce que je souhaite ! 👏🏾

With Serie A television rights for Lux. still at Elevensports and them being bought from Dazn, I should be able to stream Serie A games on the Dazn App. Yet it doesn’t work. There’s only one possible subscription available on Dazn for Luxembourg and it doesn’t include Serie A. When I go on their belgian website, they have different offers that replace the old Elevensports subscriptions, but of course they’re not available to be purchased in Luxembourg… I tried to explain the problem to 3 or 4 people at their customer service but they wouldn’t understand or more probably didn’t care at all… Worst prices, worst customer service… I hope everyday that this company goes broke or just disappears somehow else… They are the worst thing, since sport broadcasting exists, for every fan. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible.

PUBLIC ADVISORY: STEER CLEAR OF DAZN! Watched NFL since 2005, was buying Gamepass every year. Now DAZN is a LEAP backwards. Blocks me if I’m outside my home (and even blocks me at home on the iPad…), for example. Sends emails in German for some unknown reason. Worst of all: I took it for the NFL playoffs at 50 EUR until July, and now it says it will automatically renew at 40 EUR per MONTH starting Jan 2024!!! Is that a joke DAZN? Not only this is not what I bought, but also… For a sport where nothing happens for 7 months?! I will ask my bank to ban you from their credit cards! You better not charge me or you’ll see how angry I can become. And even worse: no answer on that problem from customer support!!

Nothing works as expected. NFL Game Pass is systematically blocked. The DAZN subscription is offered instead. Wanted to buy a week PRO plan, but DAZN requested my Bank to agree with weekly authomatic payment order for 12 months. The Bank refused the transaction. So I was not able to purchase. Complete dissaster comparing to previous NFL year provider.

Not clear why serie a is only available in Luxembourg only with tango internet/tv provider on dazn and not on the app as standalone. I want back eleven sports app
