Terrible app
They allowed someone else to use my email to create an account without verification in 2021 and set home location to canada. My home location is in singapore and now they cant change it. The genius engineers/designers who decided theres no need to verify email for account opening also decided that theres no need for a way to change home location. Customer service gave up and ask me to use another email. Gives u an idea of what to expect from this app doesnt it. Your data is surely safe with these geniuses. Your viewing experience surely gonna be well thought out and smooth.
Response so slow and not a user friendly
The apps is a user friend and slow
Disappointing
Same as the others. Been downhill since DAZN took over with a number of issues. RZ can’t be watched from the start if its live for some reason, the game replay audios bug out all the time, it’s slow to upload the cut up replays, it’s doesn’t do the 20 min replays that NFLN used to. Just disappointing experience and wish NFL would take it back.
Destroyed nfl experience
This app gets more expensive every year. You can only watch it from the country you subscribe from, so if you travel for work it’s useless. NFL please take this away from DAZN or you’ll lose a 10+ year subscriber
Huge Disappointment
NFL game pass was easy to use, intuitive, and overall a great product. Since DAZN took over it has been cumbersome. Multiple glitches. The quality of the product has taken a huge hit. If they are not going to take it seriously they should not continue covering NFL. Stick to boxing, tennis, or whatever it is they were covering before.
Terrible app
App crashes so often even during games and videos were often not what it was indicated to be. Terrible ripoff especially when there were no such issues with the previous GamePass.
Awful.
I constantly get the “something is wrong” everytime I try to log in. I delete and and than add it again. Doesn’t work on phone or Apple TV. Astonishing that this is the App the NFL chose.
Worst robber
Subscribed for 12 months. After it turned out that I cannot access to the contents that I wanted to watch, I immediately made a cancellation within 14 days in which I was still entitled for free cancellation. After a few months, I found that they delayed the cancellation process for 2 months. I claimed this is such wrong things to do, but they never refund my money and now I cannot cancel it for another year. The worst robbing subscription company ever - please be careful if you are considering to sign up for annual subscription.
Bad streaming
A price hike , and the streaming has never improved in the last 2 years. There is always a lag in the system. Bad platform
