Hi, Wanted to know where is the Save Org ID & User ID gone? I was not able to find it in Security anymore. Kindly assist as the setting is really convenient for frequent user. Thank you.

Ideal digital token not working

The support of DBS is poor , especially the IDEAL IT team, issues highlighted for months still unsolved, create a lot of disturbances 🙄

Sometime works. Cannot use iPhone to verify. Works well previously.

Says there’s an update, so uninstall and reinstall (which is ridiculous), but there’s no update to be found in the App Store. The UI is also a mess.

I tried to pay my invoice from my computer and it was not possible. Why is it only working on my mobile?

Peek balance feature of the app is very convenient. Saves a lot of time to check my account balance and most recent transactions!
