DBS IDEAL Mobile

When trying to authenticate a transaction made via the computer, the code does not go through to the hand phone OFTEN. I need to log in on my handphone, so the autentication code comes through. BUT SIMCE RECENTLY YOU HAVE AUTOMATED A LOG-off of my computer session, when I log-on to mobile bank account access! This kills all the transactions I prepared for authentication !!!

I cannot make payment of $129.80 the decimal don’t work so I pay $130

The previous App had one of the greatest user interface for a bank app. The new update changes my mind about this though. The new app has to load for 5 seconds for every feature selection. It also took me forever to login and change account. Please fix this.

New update on dashboard makes everything slow down. Mobile apps is supposed to be light and fast.

New update is very great. Makes my ideal mobile experience very seamless and convinience (no need to retype orgid and userid, no need to retype response code on window login) All can be done by one finger 👍

Sometime works. Cannot use iPhone to verify. Works well previously.

Says there’s an update, so uninstall and reinstall (which is ridiculous), but there’s no update to be found in the App Store. The UI is also a mess.
