I guess do this if you can literally wait all day for your ride to arrive. The pickup time isn’t accurate and changes, understandably, based on driving conditions and pickups/dropoffs. My phone’s battery all but died just tracking. Why not a bus with regular schedules? This is more of a headache and a time drain than a convenience. Much to be desired in Lewisville in terms of access and mobility.

I booked a ride 45 minutes early and I’m still 20 minutes late. The driver picked me up around the time they were supposed to but also picked and dropped off two people. The app said I was supposed to be at my destination at 6:56 and now it says 7:11. Never again!

Extremely unreliable. It will say it’s 5 minutes away, then 25, and since it’s so unreliable I get to the pickup around 10 minutes early, and then the driver cancels the ride or all of a sudden the car is full and you get a new driver that will take another 30 minutes to get here. My boyfriend booked a ride and he dresses emo, and the driver was shunning him the entire time telling me him he needs to find god and that he is a bad person for having piercings. Also, extremely inexperienced drivers that will be on their phones looking down texting not looking at the road at all. It would probably be better to snort coke and run to your destination.

GoZone is usually really useful and helpful but here recently GoZone has not been working like it should. Everytime I go to book a ride it says “there is no ride available” which is very unlikely and certainly frustrating

This has helped me save so much! ,not ever going to spend 60$ a week on rides again

Brandon was my driver and he was down to earth and nice and actually carried a good conversation and had a great attitude about his job.

My driver was the most pleasant person I ever rode with. I ride Lyft 8 to 10 times a week, and she was definitely the best driver I ever had.

I came here to Texas from Arizona and was going to have to spend 200$ a week on Uber to get back and forth to and from work. Needless to say you guys are great. I wish they had something like this where I’m from.

Get better drivers, drivers are so bad they take so long to arrive saying “15 minutes”Switches to 30 minutes. Seriously y’all need better drivers and fix your app.
