This app is literally useless I tried to book a ride as soon 5am hit and now it’s saying “we are high demands try again later waited 27 mins to be exact and still saying the same thing then by the time u get a go zone person to come and get u they try to say “ umm did u pay because it’s not showing that u paid keep in mind now u literally have my card information also have the nerve to say “Well did u use concessions” like ma’am /sir I don’t even know what that is I’m just trying to get to work this app is not even worth no type of penny waste of time and money do not use these people just stick to Uber or Lyft

The guy who I was driver with was named James he was so sweet and great communication

The times on the app are inaccurate and the app keeps changing the the time that driver will come pick me up

Bus service would be better. Then you could have some idea of how to plan your route. With this system, you cannot plan ahead. If you wait until it is close to time to leave, forget about it. You will wait an hour or so, even though drivers with empty vehicles drive by you. I guess they are off duty or something. Drivers don’t know how to get around town. Some don’t know how to drive, ignoring signage, going down wrong-way streets. If there is a median, you don’t drive the wrong way just to cut across to the nearest cut-through. Sigh.

I’m disabled. I could use a little more assistance with my walker getting into the van.

My driver (Ignatius E) was so horrible today, I just want to delete the entire app all together. He didn’t pick us up at our pickup location, so we had to walk to him, then he refused to drop us off at drop off pick and made us walk to our actual destination, this is very frustrating. Shame on you for letting this happen.

i don’t want to call him out but you guys need to start checking some of your drivers literally was 3 mins away from picking me up dude decided he was going to take a break or pit stop idk but i waited outside for at least 45 mins i shouldn’t have to contact driver to come pick me when the driver is down the street this is the 3rd time he has done this he is a terrible driver i understand go zone is not supposed to be quick but at least have reliable drivers.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for quite some time and it’s rather frustrating. It charges my card and keeps it pending until the end of the day. I’ve had this issue many times and this needs to be addressed and fixed because it isn’t fair that it keeps taking money from my card and not giving the ride. It’s unreliable and not ok to charge for a ride then sending an error stating that it’s “unable to book the ride at this time due to high demand and all seats are filled.” I’ve tried reaching out to a Supervisor with no luck on getting a response back. I’m not happy with this as it causes a huge inconvenience when trying to book a ride for my daughter to get to school and not being able to due to the amount of money it keeps taking and failing to successfully book a ride.
