Decanter Premium

This must be the worst app ever. Ultra slow, keeps freezing or crashing. Like surfing on dial-up. You can make better wine in the Sahara than this app can function.

Please sort this app out, content is excellent but its almost impossible to use due to constant crashing

App has to be improved. I keep getting error message that I’m not authorized to read when I’ve paid for app & articles

Unable to login to account. Login box keeps popping up and eventually the app crashes.

Love this Decanter Premium App but having to reinstall it every few weeks - often at inconvenient times is a pain. This glitch should have been fixed by now 🤨

Nothing has changed about this app in the years I’ve had a premium subscription and there is nothing premium about it. It does a basic job of letting you read an online magazine, so why do I have to regularly delete it and reinstall to be able to login?

The site never recognises my membership so I reset my password and it still doesn’t pick-up the new one and so I don’t have access. Really frustrating bearing in mind the membership cost.

The content is great and it works fantastic if connected to the internet. The offer the ability to download the magazine but the app itself won’t work if offline so renders it useless. Please fix this.

Agree with all the other users. Content is great, when you can access it. The app crashes, a lot! And you can download magazines but doesn’t seem to matter. If you are offline hardly ever loads right. Not sure why they should have this problem, displaying content should be child’s play. Please concentrate on sorting out these issues. Would be 5 stars if you could get it to work properly.

I bought this app and it looks great, but it asks me to sign in. After I sign in, I try to access some content and it asks me to sign in again, so I am stuck in an endless loop. My complaint to the help line told me I need to pay a subscription but I already paid £19 for the app. Doesn’t seem right and if it is right, then it is a swindle.
