Lousy App, difficult and cumbersome to navigate

I am quite disappointed..i find that too many times i have log in issues into the decanter premium app and i also find that the delivery of the hardcovers to Switzerland come way too late..very often a month or two after they have been issued

I absolutely love Decanter’s content (the wine magazine is the best wine mag in the world, IMO), but the app has more bugs than any other app I think I have ever used. I am surprised every time I actually get to the content I request. And I use an iPhone X, so not some odd handset, to access it. Please, do some serious usability testing so that people can continue subscribing to the app and don’t have to go back to the paper version. Thanks! Svante

Terrible search function for wine reviews, the display is almost unuseable in the way it brings up info. You can filter but you can’t actually read which wines are in the results. Also very unstable app, prone to freezing, need to re-login frequently. Poor menu set-up, limited use of icons and no convient fast access tabs or icon bar.

Die Suchfunktion für Wine Reviews bringt auch Weine die nichts mit einem eindeutig eingegebenen Weinnamen zu tun haben. Das macht es unübersichtlicher und man muss teilweise scrollen bis man sein Ergebnis gefunden hat. Kann besser gelöst werden.

Love this Decanter Premium App but having to reinstall it every few weeks - often at inconvenient times is a pain. This glitch should have been fixed by now 🤨

Nothing has changed about this app in the years I’ve had a premium subscription and there is nothing premium about it. It does a basic job of letting you read an online magazine, so why do I have to regularly delete it and reinstall to be able to login?

The site never recognises my membership so I reset my password and it still doesn’t pick-up the new one and so I don’t have access. Really frustrating bearing in mind the membership cost.

The content is great and it works fantastic if connected to the internet. The offer the ability to download the magazine but the app itself won’t work if offline so renders it useless. Please fix this.

Agree with all the other users. Content is great, when you can access it. The app crashes, a lot! And you can download magazines but doesn’t seem to matter. If you are offline hardly ever loads right. Not sure why they should have this problem, displaying content should be child’s play. Please concentrate on sorting out these issues. Would be 5 stars if you could get it to work properly.
