I had to block my credit card for some reason and the replacement card was not sent on time and then I went for 1 month vacation. I sent out an email that I do not have the new card number so I won’t be able to pay the bill. I got no reply from deem. I got a call from collections team whom I explained the scenario that I don’t have new card number, so he gave me a link to make the payment and said I can’t do anything with the late payment fees that has been charged. He said you can send out an email for the same but as expected got negative response.Next, I cleared all the dues so that I could close my card but they again added interest charges for late fees. Magically I got a call from deem customer care( as it is very tough to speak with their customer care because they don’t give any option in the IVR menu for the same) and he ensured that I will give you 100 AED instantly so that this charges are covered and I will try to waive off the previous charges but nothing has been done so far. I got my replacement card but can’t activate the card as that option is still disabled. I don’t understand this reason. It’s one of the pathetic services I’ve received and would surely not recommend this card to anyone. Update: Deem customer care contacted me and resolved all my issues. Thanks Soul Thomas for your efforts.

The app does not show the current balance in our credit cards and only shows last month statements due balance. Realtime balance is so basic feature which is not available in Deem app. Strangely, Deem cards can be added to Google wallet but NOT to Apple wallet.

I have been a customer of Deem for 1.5 years, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received recently. Customer Service: The customer service is severely lacking. When I called to resolve issue, I was put on hold for over 15min and transferred multiple times, only to be given vague and unhelpful responses. The representatives were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Online Banking: The online banking system is unreliable and difficult to navigate. I have encountered multiple errors and crashes when trying to access my account or make transactions. This is unacceptable, especially in this digital age where online banking should be efficient and user-friendly. Overall Experience: Overall, the quality of service at Deem has deteriorated significantly. I feel undervalued as a customer and am seriously considering switching to another bank. I hope Deem takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service also i applied for cancellation of card on last month still there is no updates, also send them by mail no response from both. Conclusion: I expect better from a financial institution and hope that these issues are addressed promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend Deem to anyone seeking reliable and professional banking services waste of time and careless.

While im doing my EID updation it’s showing everytime failed with no reason. Now im unable to login the app and also not able to check the statement and all. Customer care also not responding.

I tried to update my EID but after trying several times it says “it seems to be you are using other persons card” My credit card is activated by calling customer care but still on mobile app the credit card is not showing Worst app

Deem Bank App Review: Persistent Errors and Slow Customer Service Diminish User Experience

I recently used the Deem Bank application, and, unfortunately, my experience has been largely negative. The app is plagued with numerous errors, significantly impacting its usability. One of the most persistent issues is the app's laggy performance. It often takes an excessive amount of time to load pages or process transactions, which can be pretty frustrating when trying to manage finances efficiently. Moreover, I frequently encountered error messages stating, "Something is wrong, please try again later." This not only disrupts the user experience but also instills a lack of confidence in the app's reliability for handling banking tasks. Another primary concern is the sluggish response from customer service. Deem Bank claims to resolve issues within 7 working days, but in my experience, this has not been the case. I raised several requests, each taking over a month to address, far exceeding the promised resolution time. This slow response time is particularly concerning for a banking application where timely support is crucial. Overall, while the concept of the Deem Bank app might be promising, its execution falls short in terms of performance and customer support. Users looking for a reliable and efficient mobile banking experience might find these issues too significant to overlook.
