Never ever deal with Deem. Absolutely zero customer rights. They play all emotional tactics to sell the card. Really wonder why such a reputated company like Mubadala is running this credit card. Following up for 3 weeks to get credit card statement. Agent will not solve the issues nor transfer call to Manager. App shows no card details, as the card is temporarily blocked. Looting people in daylight. Never deal with such pathetic credit card companies

Its such a poor application, i cannot even find my card or any other details in the application. I uninstalled and re installed but no use. Im cancelling the card itself.

I raised a ticket regarding my points and didn't get single response and almost 2 weeks now. Is there any cc or running deem without that. Even last time i raised a complain but no response until involved cbuae.

Unauthorized transactions due to absence of proper security controls by Deem is actioned in my credit card. When I complained, Deem has removed my card details and all historical transactions from the App. Asked to send my statement, which I have not received for more than a week. Think twice before taking any credit card from Deem.
