I had huge order $2560 and that day there is festive in city San Francisco they close around 2 blocks from my pick up location and I got ticket from SFMTA , I ask driver support for pay my ticket they said nope. This is one of the best example why would you do huge order just to get $23.22 dollars tips .it was going to city hall San Francisco for wedding party unbelievable I just made 23.22 tip which is not enough for pay my ticket by SFMT and how about I work hand to left 19 big boxes and 3 big bowls of salad 👎👎👎

This company will speak to you in a complete unprofessional manner after taking your money. I now see why they are rated 2 stars. BE CAUTIOUS!!!!!

How can I become a preferred driver when I only received 1 offer and complete 1 job and it takes 25 completed deliveries to qualify to become a preferred driver. I was cleared and complete all application process am I doing something wrong or waste my money cus it feels like it since I made myself available for over 60 hours now and completed 1 job and I did state I was making Deliverthat my primary income . Please help me understand this matter and inform of what worse do I need to do to get more offers to complete the jobs done. God bless you 🙏🏽😃

I was driving to the restaurant to pick up an order like usual, and then deliver that just canceled the order and told me that there was miscommunication and they just deactivated my account for no reason. DO NOT download this app, save your nerves!

Went through all the application process. Gave them all of my information. Was approved. Never got one gig. The app sends me more notifications about offers available but nothing ever shows up. The worst gig app I have ever worked with. I think they just like selling people their bagsand background checks. They seem to make money off of that.

Esta app no lógica ni rentable. Te ofertan un catering y no te dicen cuánto te van a pagar incluyendo la propina, vas a ciegas. Una vez terminas en catering a los 3 días aprox es que sabrás cuánto será tu pago y cuando recibes tu pago es realmente decepcionante. Bájenla para tenerla y ya, pero en este momento no vale la pena. Ah y cuando se registran tienen que pagar casi 50$ entre bolsas térmicas y un registro que exigen ellos.

I went for DeliverThat based on a video by Cars n Cribs. I have been doing DD and Uber for over two yrs and wanted to add another gig, so I went for it. I applied on CnC’s link created credentials and filled application, then waited. Waited, waited. I rcv’d the bags and had to send in a photo of them. Then I saw the reviews on the app store and got a bad feeling. So I sent DeliverThat an email, a text, and two phone messages and waited and waited. I am now working on waiting for three weeks. On Monday I sent Sarah an email on how long I had waited to hear back if I was approved or not. She replied I would hear back by end of business that day. I rcv’d an email from VROMO, who the heck is that? I checked online and there isn’t much on VROMO, by Fleet Engineering. Good thing I saw Fleet Engineering. I was surfing on the app store for other gigs and saw DeliverThat and in small print Fleet Engineering. So… Fleet works with DeliverThat? Maybe this info was in the vid I saw like 3.5 weeks ago or not. At any rate, DD and Uber Eats were nothing like this outfit. I pretty much signed up and was working within a week. To DeliverThat: I am a fully retired sales manager and I have never seen such a poorly run operation. I am still waiting for the activation email notice and the original credentials I created to apply no longer work. …..the dots represent me fading into the sunset away from DeliverThat.

Can’t hardly get jobs with them. Unfair tier system where elite drivers get to horde and select jobs days in advance where everyone else barely can get one job. If you like not making money sign up for this.
