DeliverThat was great up until the removed the tip pool from ez cater orders, also orders use to be good the pay was at least $30 or up all the time. Now you got ez caters orders with $10 tip, olo orders with no tip, potr orders with no tip and there’s a lot of those. And the base pay from deliver that has gone down a lot! Whoever is managing this needs go back to the drawing board and consider your drivers a little more.
False Account Suspension
Really bad app. My account got suspended due to a no-show violation when I canceled in advance to not complete the order because the pay was too low. I then got a notification on my phone to complete the order even though I canceled the job in advance to not be on my schedule. Next, I get a email about a account suspension. Will not recommend this app to anyone.
Tier system is ridiculous
As a new driver for them it is impossible to get an offer as there are multiple tiers before that get to pick and grab ALL the offers. There’s no way to advance to a higher tier without completing offers so you are essentially stuck in purgatory. This is not a good system of sending out shifts in a large market. It wouldn’t be so bad if the app sent you the random offer that no one wanted, but no it constantly pings you that you have an offer but no matter how quick you are to try and see the info it is gone (if you don’t have the app up already and EVEN then!) Just don’t even tease me and send an offer if it’s going to disappear in less than a second.
Garbage
Straight garbage only get 1 delivery a day and that one delivery gets cancelled and if you unnasign yourself they will fire you straight bologne it aint worth it don't even download this app you going to waste time and gas
FedUP Driver
The most you’ll make in Atlanta is $30-$45 IF THAT!! But you’ll deliver up to $900 worth of food for it! Definitely more work less PAY!$ Delivery That is a gas money app..
Worse App
I’ve been on this is app for about 2 months now. I setup everything so I can get offers even when I’m not logged in. I wasn’t receiving any deliveries so I reached out to the recruiter. This was about a month ago and was told it was the slow season so I let that ride, but here we are in September…welp I haven’t done a delivery yet. I’ve had a few deliveries come in I went to click on it I was routed to the Vromo app but that app is so slow by the time the delivery actually picked up I saw a message saying a delivery driver picked it up or it was cancelled by the customer. I’ve seen this twice and after that I haven’t received anything else. I think it’s time I look elsewhere. Oh and the customer service for the drivers is horrible.
Less money than DoorDash, that says a lot
The idea of this app is great. The pay is good for what it is that you’re doing. But all of it is negated by the lack of consistency, logistics and the timing. You basically have to make a conscious effort to turn off the other apps just to do this one and actually make less money than you would with the ones you turned off for the moment. Because of the scheduling, if you don’t live close to the restaurant that the job is for then you’re going to have to stop with your other gig apps early to ensure that you don’t have no overlaps or conflicts of doing another app while you have to do this one. Depending on where you’re at or what other app you’re doing you’ll have to time it to make it to the restaurant. The key to making money with gig work is to keep the wheels moving. But this app requires you to turn the other apps off so you can get ready to go make the journey to the restaurant for this one which will be losing money on other apps. Most of the orders I have seen on this app are far distances away from where I am making my money usually. For some people, it may be OK if they live in the area where they do a lot of catering orders and get them consistently. But if you're far away then you'll lose money. The biggest joke with this app is that you have to make big purchases before you can start. It will take a couple of jobs to justify those purchases. After that you’ll be making profit, but that profit is inconsistent or after the first couple jobs you may not see anymore. Another bad thing about this app is that your eyes must be glued to it 24/7. That means you cannot be doing anything else in your life but looking at this app if you want to get a sporadic job that may or may not ever pop up on the phone and is probably going to be accepted by someone else before you can slide accept. You have to be a serious lowlife to be glued to this app just to get a job here and there. It has to be your only App because you would have to neglect every other app that you have.
Deliver That is a scam
The offers on the vromo app last for less than a second it’s not fair to wait all day and no deliveries and when an offer comes in it disappears right away
Glitches + Poor Deployment
Very disappointed in this app.
1. It constantly glitches and marks you as offline. If you’re in the process of completing an order, that’s a major problem because they will take the order away from you if it’s not picked up yet or they’ll delete the order from your queue. This happened today - I lost an order that was completed. They took away the pay and everything because they lost visibility into the route because their app stopped working.
2. Customer support in these situations is awful. They talk to you like you’re an idiot and they clearly have no idea how their own system works. One woman insisted the toggle would turn green when I was active. It doesn’t. It turns blue. And it was blue even though she couldn’t tell I was online. I asked her repeatedly to send me a screenshot of what to look for and she refused. I’ve tuned on and off wi-fi, gone into and out of airplane mode, hard restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, etc. Nothing helps. These are glitches. If you can’t fix the glitches, at the very least put people on the phone who understand what the issue is and don’t have a chip on their shoulder.
3. Today, despite completing an order successfully, it and an order I had later in the day were taken from my queue because of these glitches and I was sent a reprimand letter for late cancellations. I did not cancel. You took the orders from me because your app does not work. I have a friend who was kicked off the platform for the exact same reason. This is ridiculous. He was not the problem. He was at the restaurant waiting when you penalized him. I am not the problem. I completed the order. You should know this because the customer will confirm it.
4. They can reschedule your orders as they see fit. One day, I had three back to back orders with plenty of time to do them all. As I got in the car, they rescheduled them on me, which made it impossible to do them on time. I also couldn’t cancel any because it was less than three hours. And, while all this was going down, I was getting calls from DeiverThat and Easy Cater. They don’t talk to each other, so you have to explain what’s happening repeatedly, while communicating with clients and while driving or completing the delivery. I told DT I was in the process of setting up the order and that there was 15 minutes between that stop and the next pickup. I literally looked at the map to determine the distance and said I needed to finish with the client before I’d be on the road again. They literall
