The app looks like a website rather than an app
The app ux and ui is just a website now. Super disappointing

I liked using the app but it isn’t working now and I can’t work out where to report that it isn’t working?! Please fix it!! Update: They have fixed it
Since I updated the app I can no longer use it, it crashes every time I open it :(
Previous app in SwiftUI was much better
While the new app design is sleek and bold in appearance, it appears to be lacking in some key UX features - and some of the older, useful features. First thing I’ve noticed is that it’s missing a ‘back’ button. If I’ve scrolled down and found an item, there is no option to go back and carry on where I was. I have to press the entire directory menu and begin from the top. Very impractical! Especially with a ‘you may also like’ feature, a back button is key. Also - I really loved how you used to be able to follow brands and favourite items. These features allowed me to stay updated with re-stocks and new products. From a business side, seeing how many favourites or even a ‘notify when back in stock’ option could allow sellers to prepare more products to meet demand. I’d love to also see a Q&A or frequently asked option, to so sellers can answer questions their buyers are dying to know before purchasing. Something to consider?
I’ve been ordering from DELLI since launch and love the whole concept - nationwide delivery has allowed us to keep supporting up & coming independent makers now that we’ve moved to Belfast. The app still needs some work, even with the recent update. It’s slightly more intuitive to use now but the order history is so messy - I recently made an order with 10+ items and everything is listed as though they were individual orders (need grouping, errors when you click on more info for the order, etc). I miss the My DELLI section - it would be great to save your favourite sellers & items again, see historic orders easily. Bring back reviews - I wanna show support for my favourite sellers! Also, a filter for out of stock items and a notification system for when items have a new drop. I’ve had no problems ordering since the update, though. Looks shiny & new but it’s just lacking some of the little features from the previous version that I found helpful.
Going into the app i’m getting an error message “We’re unable to fetch explore” and equivalent for other parts of the app
It look’s nice, smells nice and tastes nice. Delicious healthy granola for all the family! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for, all in one flavoursome granola… I recommend it to everyone 💯💯!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried to buy some products on the app after seeing loads of great ads. When I tried to purchase it asked for my login details. No mention of how you could actually register in the first place. The login option just took you on a pointless loop via and email to a blank screen with an error message. Can’t believe someone put this app live without actually testing the new user sign up process. I feel sorry for the independent traders on the app who are trying to actually sell products to a user group that cannot (currently) get bigger. In the meantime I am going back to Tesco 🙄
Terrible service, basically if you don’t send them free goods to try they won’t list your items for the general public to purchase but then if you look at some products bundles being sold from DELLI themselves it seems they are other peoples products who obviously send freebies. Thought you where supposed to be testing them not selling them. When you email them to find out why your products aren’t browsable they just ignore your emails, I’ve sent over 8 emails now and they have been ignored, they where happy to help in the beginning until you don’t send them freebies to “try”! I’m starting to understand why an app that’s been around for over a year only has a handful of sellers selling on it!
