Restaurant prices already include 12 service charge and this app charges you on top an additional 18%! Of course they changed the rules without telling anyone. Thieves! I just paid 50 pounds for the delivery of two dishes

I usually collect my food from the restaurants and there is always a problem. Recent problem was that apparently the order was sent to the restaurant very late.

Supposed to be a high end experience…well completely fails. Had an issue with my order that was their fault and their answer was to tell me I needed to these 3 things - no effort to step in and help. Ruined my Sunday night.

Supper used to be a premium service that delivered food form top london restaurants in immaculate condition; now the food is thrown at you by a driver who has put no care in transporting the food to you meaning that EVERY ORDER received is spilled; our two last orders were inedible as the food spilled everywhere, the last order we had the good sense to refuse!
