Payment system doesn’t work, it keeps saying there’s an issue billing even when you enter the correct card details

They honestly take too much money after a purchase and take their sweet time in responding. I sold an item for 310 with 20 postage but only getting 276. Originally 277 but somehow it went down.

Everything I tried to purchase is in NZ and won’t post to Australia. There seems to be no way to only search items in Australia which I can buy and receive. Very frustrating!!

I signed up and immediately got locked out of my account after providing all of my personal information. I couldn’t get back in. All I did was sign up. Really disappointing

I just sign up and my account is locked straight away. Told me go contact them but can’t find where? I made another account, went in then logged me out straight away, then asking me to log in when I did my account is straight away locked again. Went to change passwords but took too long to send me the change of password link but wven after I changed the password it still won’t me log in to my account. I’ve verified my mobile number but still won’t let me in. So disappointed. Wasted my time!

I listed an item brand new as how it was purchased from the store. A buyer from NZ bought the item a couple of days after receiving the item (includes weekends) she opened a dispute saying that she received a bad which had been used. Mind you the bag was in original plastic wrapping and all cards and plastic inserts in each section was placed. Designer wardrobe decided for the buyer to return the item back to me without showing photos of what she was complaining of. I had original photos of the item before sending it to the buyer. Over a month later I received the my bag back and my bag had been used, had white dots inside the bag and the plastic wrapping on the chain had been ripped off, stretching internal is very visible and you can tell it had been used. All along designer wardrobe favour was on the buyer. From experience anyone could sell a brand new bag on this site and if the buyer changes their mind after using it and decide to return it back they will get their money back and you will get your item back used and worthless.

Buyer protection is minimal is the item is coming from New Zealand. PayPal is not a payment option which is off putting. Slow customer service 2 weeks plus for response

Their fee is calculated total of shipping fee, even though they ask you to list price than shipping cost. Tried to contact them, there was only an automated email reply. Shonky company.
