Ich bin Äußerst zufrieden mit den Leistungen und Produkten meiner Bank Fühle mich als Kunde verstanden und will auch mal Danke sagen, für viele Jahre vertrauen
Handlich
Leicht, alles zu überblicken und nachvollziehbar. Auch wer kein It Profi ist, hat gute Aussichten klarzukommen, zumal, wenn es mal nicht klappt, die Hotline sehr gut ist. Ich fühl mich gut aufgehoben.
Zurückgeblieben
Es ist unglaublich wie eingeschränkt die App ist. Die einfachsten Funktionen werden auf den Browser verlinkt. Diese braucht erneut TAN Zugriffe. Wozu eine App wenn diese unfähig für jede art von Finanzarbeiten nicht kann.

Naja seit ich am Anfang die kompletten Daten immer wieder neu eingeben muss bin ich schon etwas genervt ansonsten alles top

Best Bank Ever
Stabile App ohne Fokus auf Benutzerfreundlichkeit
Beruflich bin ich leider an ein Konto und ein Depot der DB gebunden. Die App ist solide, relativ übersichtlich und ordentlich zu bedienen. Leider gibt es wenig Komfortfunktionen. Wieso speichert FaceID meine PIN, die ich mir gut merken kann, aber nicht die Account-/Kontonummer. Und wieso ist die Kontonummer überhaupt so lang? Wenn man es dann in die App geschafft hat, kann man relativ einfach eine Order vornehmen. Die Transaktion kostet dann zwar etwas mehr als marktüblich, aber dafür erfolgt die Gutschrift direkt nach mehreren Tagen, also fast Echtzeit. ;-)

Erneutes Login/ Katastrophe
Wirklich alle zwei bis 5 Tage muss ich meine ganzen Daten immer wieder erneut eingeben und ich fliege aus dem online Banking raus man speichert alles schön ab richtet sich alles ein und dann der nächste Tag wieder alles wieder von neu das ist kein Einzelfall in meiner Familie haben 3 Leute das selbe Problem bitte diese Fehler beheben .Da es sehr anstrengend ist man ist unterwegs und möchte nur schnell sein Kontostand checken …. Nix ist du darfst erstmal deine Bankdaten alle erneut eingeben
