DiDi Food - Food Delivery

There’s no customer support at all, I’ve tried calling multiple numbers and even the one they directly put on the app as their customer support number is incorrect, every time it connects me to a life support customer service representative, so not at all Didi. I had been using the app for awhile and it was alright, prices are high but that’s to be expected, but last few times no one delivers my order and I’m left waiting for a ghost courier with the wait time being 3+ hours. Worst part it also won’t let me cancel the order cause they charge a cancellation fee and you can’t call anyone for help, needless to say I’ll be changing to Uber eats, see if that’s any better…

dont order from this app they take forever yo deliver they have no customer service no one helps you there but if wasting money and eating cold food is your thing didi is for you

Descargue didi, y cuando iba a pedir algo aún no había iniciado sesión, le di al carrito y no funcionó, luego intenté iniciar sesión y tampoco me funcionó el botón. Mi dispositivo es un IPhone XR IOS 17.2.1 . Volví a instalar la app pero sigue sin funcionar :(

They don’t deliver your order, the delivery guy eats your food and they still charge you for everything, they are thief’s dont download because you will not get your money back.

App does not allow me to sign in or make any orders.

This company is disgusting. They don’t give you the food you ordered and they steal your money and never give it back. If a restaurant doesn’t do their job, then prepare to lose your money because these scam artists don’t give refunds. They also let their delivery people treat you like dirt.

New to the app and have placed two orders. Both have had issues and never received either. Will stick to the other guys.

Que asco de aplicación todo el tiempo llega la comida fría y aparte lo repartidores toman muchas ordenes y cuando te toca repartir la tulla está fría 😡😡😡😡todavía te piden propina sin vergüenzas

As an app designer, this app is a headache. I have tried to place an order on several occasions and it won’t let me because of a promo that I “don’t apply to”, there is no way to disable said promo and the app prompts me to order something different. Because apparently we’re supposed to eat whatever the app will let us order. Getting help on the app is pretty much impossible, unless you have a problem with your card, of course. I tried to uninstall it several times, delete my account and open it again, I’ve had it installed for a while trying to place an order and it’s been no use. I’ll just stick with Uber honestly.
