Poor customer support, unusable
As an app designer, this app is a headache. I have tried to place an order on several occasions and it won’t let me because of a promo that I “don’t apply to”, there is no way to disable said promo and the app prompts me to order something different. Because apparently we’re supposed to eat whatever the app will let us order. Getting help on the app is pretty much impossible, unless you have a problem with your card, of course. I tried to uninstall it several times, delete my account and open it again, I’ve had it installed for a while trying to place an order and it’s been no use. I’ll just stick with Uber honestly.

Great app but never get any couriers close to me
Very Convienient
I use Didi often in Mexico City. It’s great for food delivery, but really comes in handy for those huge jugs of water. There are a lot of restaurant, convenience stores, and market options. The prices are reasonable and it’s cheaper than using Uber eats. Didi accepts both cars and cash.
La Plataforma DiDi miente
A las 8:30 pm no tenían repartidores para mi pedido de solo una Hamburgesa a 11 minutos de mi residencia. NO cancele el pedido , solo para ver cuánto se tardaban en darme respuesta, ya que es segunda vez que la uso. Mi pedido llegó casi 3 horas después todo frio . El detalle es que la aplicación siempre me notifico que era el restaurante que se demoraba en preparar mi pedido. Pero la verdad es que cambiaron 3 veces de repartidores y más de 4 veces la hora de entrega. Eso no puede sino llamarse “ESTAFA” El gerente de Didi , debería renunciar a su cargo. Por mi parte NO volveré a usar esta plataforma. Ni una estrella!!

Using it in Colombia. Absolutely garbage user interface. I don’t believe someone like Uber Eats doesn’t come and take over. They must have paid off some regulators. No customer service phones or anything to cancel or modify an order in real time. Just got charged twice by the app- and they wouldn’t give me a refund. La tienda rechazó me canceló - la application de DiDi se congeló y me cobró dos veces la misma orden Intente cancelar una orden inmediatamente Y la tienda demoró 10 minutos para rechazar la cancelación Cuando fue obviamente la misma orden 80000 pesos
Peor que Rappi
Está impresa de tiene soporte y no toman responsabilidad cuando algo sucede con un pedido, cuando algo mal pasa el cliente tiene que pagar y sufrir.
Pedido de menor valor (engañado)
Se solicitó un pedido de un combo club house de McDonald’s.Cuando me entregaron yo pague el precio correspondiente a este combo pero, al abrir el pedido me lleve la MUY DESAGRADABLE sorpresa de que entregaron el pedido de otro combo de inferior valor, intenté contactarme con el repartido pero este nunca respondió y la app rechazó el PQRS. No estoy satisfecho con este servicio y no es la primera vez que han cometido el mismo error en otros pedidos. No la recomiendo.

Tiempo de espera muy largo
El tiempo de espera fue demasiado. Esperar 3 horas para un pedido y peor aun el Delivery no te responde y el app no te da ninguna solución.
