Doesn’t work

The app will not allow you to add a credit card. It says invalid expiry date even though the Date is correct. Tried many dates

Can’t pay

Can’t pay cash. Can’t link Visa card cause it shows error when enter correct date from card. Idiot devs.

Cigarette smell in 9 out of 10 cars

In Chengdu, I travel by taxi every weekend and it is very common that 90% of my trips are filled with cigarette smell. I asked Didi’s call center staff whether they are happy to have their family members to sit in Didi’s car and inhale cigarette smell.

Can’t change the language

I was recommended to download this application. From the looks of it, it seemed well done; however, there’s no option to change the language to English. They only provided me with 1 option, and that was simplified Chinese. This app looks good, but with no option to change languages, I’d have to rate it badly.
