I really love this app because it tells you how many calories you intake per meal; and it recommends the amount of calories you should eat per meal and per day. You can log your water intake and all your meals by brand names and/or food names. You can also log your weight and height. With premium, they recommend daily meals and workouts and more. and get fit also has workout apps and meditation apps. This app is brilliant and has lots to offer, and i have even suggested it to friends and family. It’s a very good app.
