Its a quite nice but theres a problem

I have our house the subscription for it to be exact, but when ever i update my weight it says on the front that i have lost 0 kgs. Am i doing it wrong. Please help

Bad site

Hi, so I have a very bad experience with the diet app. I saw an ad for the 1 week at 1$ for this and decided to try it out. I went to the app to start using it and didn’t really enjoy it so decided to cancel, went to settings and pressed the “manage subscription” then I pressed the “cancel subscription” button and this email was sent to me. Everything went like any other website unsubscribe policy in my side and I haven’t used or entered the app since. Today I got an email that said I am charged with 87$ from my credit card. No pre warnings, no notification to remind me I'm about to be charged, nothing. So I entered the app to see why the subscription isn’t canceled and what was I charged for- since I only paid 1$ for that 1 week. I tried to cancel the subscription again and again, and the email that I got then was sent again, so I thought something must be wrong- If i keep canceling and nothing happens. I went over the emails again and only then I noticed I don’t press the link to actually unsubscribe! So immediately I pressed it! I sent before and after that link a lot of emails to understand what I did wrong and only later realized this, but they didn’t care and said I was subscribed anyway and offered me the same money for a different package (1 year). So now I'm stuck with this plan for 2 months for SO MUCH money and can’t do anything about it. Be careful with this site. Cause I didn’t have any heads up before I was charged with this amount of money!
