The application is falling when face updation request comes post linking with digi locker, In Iphone

I have used digiyatra and it’s a wonderful application. Since I have changed my mobile handset with iOS 17 version, I am unable to upload my identity credentials. The moment I go to the selfie stage, the app closes down. Can something be done to correct this issue?

Not working on IPhone 15 Pro Max it crashes when before taking selfie on its version 17.03

Everytime I try updating personal details and authorizing aadhar, app crashes

App is unable to launch the Face ID authentication screen. App gets auto locked and it doesn’t retrieve the data with login though same mobile number as Aadhaar. It need be foxed ASAP as unable to login till lots resolved.

When moving to face id step the app crashes. It was working fine on my iphone 11 pro

Please release the fix on iphone 15 pro series, the app crashes frequently. I am unable to set up and authenticate on iphone 15 pro max.

Hi Developers, Please update the app ASAP as the app is crashing at selfie capture stage for adding account. This is happening on iOS 17.0.3, iPhone 15 Pro Max. This is a huge problem for us user at the moment as DigiYatra is integral for domestic travel in India.

With my new iPhone 15 pro the app crashes after aadhaar upload on trying to get face id.

The apps keeps crashing everytime we try to capture selfie during identification. This didn’t happen on my previous iPhone 14 Pro Max. However it’s a constant issue on the app while using it on iPhone 15 Pro. I have deleted it and even re-installed the app but no resolution so far.
