The app shows fake notifications like “someone has cancelled your match request” when I did not send anyone any match requests. A cheap tactic used to make the user open the app in curiosity. Secondly no matter how much I set my partner preferences, I still get irrelevant match requests, totally opposite to my set preferences.
It’s money and time wastage only. If you make your profile and get registered they keep calling you and urge you to get varied by paying 5k, this is how you get verified. Afterwards even you call their customer care service but they never pick your call nor respond you. There are only matchmakers profiles in this app, they contact you and ask you to pay 30k or more as registration fee of matchmaker. After you pay them 30k they show you few profiles most which prove to be fake with no response afterwards. I would strongly recommend you to avoid paying to these fake matchmakers as they also are there to get money from you with no progress afterwards. Just like customer service of this app they also don’t reply you after you pay them what they asked. They are just money makers nothing else.
They dont know how u fulfil the requirement of client useless app i ever seen they have no Managment how to deal with client
App has enormous flaws. Doesn’t cater choices of account holders and sends requests in its own. Disappointed and bakwas App totally. Mostly posts are sent by marriage beuraeus
If someone want to update photos or some basic information..there is no option to change for this after being verified..thats weird..if someone email to them they didn’t response
This app is solely for company to make money. A junior app developer can build much better app than this. And you are not gonna find any match on this app. I’m writing this after 5 months use..
They called and even asked for money even after I deleted my profile. Would never suggest someone better try Muzz alot better application and much more profiles on it.
After verification, the administration changed the preferences automatically from back end regarding partner's country. And profile owner revoked the access to all preferences even changing the picture. I've emailed them twice but the problem persists. Owing to which low ranking.
Despite of adding age and location filters, app kept showing profiles from Karachi, US, I added my location as Lahore All of the matches are from Rishta consultants, what is purpose of 15000 PKR if still I have to pay 20000 again to a rishta consultant???????? Moreover, app keep showing same profiles after some days… Totally waste of money
