Not Good app only waste money 65$ waste nothing response.

I paid upto 65 US$ And I get zero services in return . 90% of the profiles are managed by so called marriage bureaus and they charge you with their own additional fee of around 10,000 PKR to 20,000 PKR I mean if I have to pay fee to those marriage bureaus then why would I have to use this app or pay for it? What service the customer get from application for the amount he paid? Other than a simple account opening. And on top of everything ,most of these marriage bureaus are scammers. They will take your money and then block you if you even try to ask them.

It is a good app for easy marriage.

Dear team Dil Ka Rishta… I hope you’re doing great. I would like to ask and tell to everyone who are using or going to use this application, that what Dil ka Rishta application platform is for… is it for common people or for rishta agents/consultants. If you made the application for the common persons to access each others easily to get their matches then why we are again managed by the rishta agent/consultants …. Then who are you ! Why is this platform… ! What is the purpose ! You should explain everything in your introduction that actually what’s and how’s you working. Agents/consultants posted pictures and when you try contact them …. They again ask you for the profile with the same typical rude behave. If our request is accepted by them then why they didn’t read before accepting it or if they are your trusted agents then why they didn’t sync our information. Every street have 2 or 3 agents/consultants, to avoid them we choose you and we trusted you then why it’s again that we’re being played. Kindly, once again guide us that how this application is working.

I have paid 5500 and it’s absolutely a waste of money. No contact support nothing. If you are stuck, you are stuck.

The app shows fake notifications like “someone has cancelled your match request” when I did not send anyone any match requests. A cheap tactic used to make the user open the app in curiosity. Secondly no matter how much I set my partner preferences, I still get irrelevant match requests, totally opposite to my set preferences.

It’s money and time wastage only. If you make your profile and get registered they keep calling you and urge you to get varied by paying 5k, this is how you get verified. Afterwards even you call their customer care service but they never pick your call nor respond you. There are only matchmakers profiles in this app, they contact you and ask you to pay 30k or more as registration fee of matchmaker. After you pay them 30k they show you few profiles most which prove to be fake with no response afterwards. I would strongly recommend you to avoid paying to these fake matchmakers as they also are there to get money from you with no progress afterwards. Just like customer service of this app they also don’t reply you after you pay them what they asked. They are just money makers nothing else.

App has enormous flaws. Doesn’t cater choices of account holders and sends requests in its own. Disappointed and bakwas App totally. Mostly posts are sent by marriage beuraeus
