Why does the app not give you the location of the items? If you use a web browser it tells you where things are.
This app was my favorite until the update recently. Now I can’t change my store location and its frustrating trying to make a list when the store that’s selected doesn’t have anything in stock. It’s not even the store I shop at. I hate this! I’ll probably delete this because what’s the point! I can’t even use my coupons!
Can’t refill prescriptions because it constantly logs me out when I try to do anything. I’m getting logged out every 5 seconds.
With this newest update, when I use the app to look for the products I wanted, they no longer show coupon is available for the products. You have to go look somewhere else to find if the product has coupons, which feels like a deliberate change. That was the number one reason I used the app in the first place, and now it’s been made less convenient.
Delivery is no longer available to my address that’s been delivered to for years from and same store location selected. App unusable now.
Update: they fixed the login issue. App is otherwise pretty intuitive. ——————————— App is still bricked. Logs out every time it closes and recently won’t let me used my saved passwords so signing in is a major hassle. The search function has always been a little buggy but before the logout issue the app made grocery pickup super easy so it wasn’t a big deal. I liked that I could put something in my cart as we ran out of it.
The app itself is confusing. Dillons should take a look at apps like Target or Sam’s. Not user friendly and updates waaay too much. I often times will abandon ship when trying to order and go to a different stores app.
You have to sign in to the pharmacy every time. Neither the “keep me signed in” or “enabling Face ID” work.
As the title says, I hate that I have to keep authorizing my account every time I open the app. It asks me if I want to enable Face ID every time I log in and as soon as I stop using the app for even 30 minutes, it asks again for you to sign in and enable Face ID. My password is VERY strong so I use passkey and it doesn’t function in the app either. One update several months ago claimed that this was fixed but… Before said update, the problem wasn’t as frequent - it is worse now. I want to monitor my prescriptions easily, and using this app is the opposite of easy. I have an iPhone 14 that I religiously update so I know it’s not that. Please actually fix this issue or remove the ability to sign in with biometrics until y’all decide to have it function for real.
