Direct Auto Insurance

I really love how when I click on “settings” NOTHING displays or loads. Nationwide, move on over! There’s a new insurance company in town and they mean business!

I just signed up for direct auto and I can’t even get into the app it keeps saying error

Can’t sign my documents app is trash

I tried to call and take off my autopay because they went into my account to take money out and they said my insurance would go up $220 if I took it off !!!?? This place is a scam don’t be a victim

They gave me 320 first pay 230/month. And in a week increase it to 370 firs pay and 310/monthly. Cancel the same day. $131 was their charge for a week of use. Scammers

So.. they took payment but didn’t accept it in their system even though they had it so my coverage lapsed for a few hours to a day or so. smh That being said, all the folks I talked to were extremely helpful and got everything taken care of so I’m not having a panic attack wondering if I have insurance or not.

just don’t get the app it’s worthless so ready to switch. car insurance companies🤦🏽‍♂️

When I click submit payment the app does not do anything.

App constantly stalls out on the log in page. Website isn’t much better.

App is broken.
