It’s hard to use the firestick app because the playback speeds are too long. Fast forward and rewind are not good. So annoying. Please fix asap.

Bought out my favorite grass roots company. And then put some of the best tournaments behind a paywall above and beyond the subscription cost. App is glitchy and wildly inconsistent. Interface is not user friendly. Video quality, sound and editing are awful. I’m not expecting free Disc Golf. I paid Jomez for superior content. DGN asks for too much and underperforms. Finally, they (Owners DGPT) discriminate against trans people.

Use to get everything in 2023 for one price now I’m a basic subscriber so I don’t get all the DGN pro benefits but this year I can’t even watch the European open and probably the rest of the majors. This isn’t an ESPN subscription it’s only beneficial on the weekends when it’s on. Why would I pay $20 a month to watch something on the weekend. Hopefully another company takes over that realizes the value of their patrons and doesn’t take their money for a sub par service.

AirPlay disconnects every 20 minutes or so. I need to use AirPlay because there isn’t a dgn app for my Samsung smart tv. The playback controls have been improved which is nice, but app isn’t functional on a basic level.

What a waste of time and money. A pathetic vehicle to stream a great sport. I hope disc golf can be better represented in the future. I would never recommend paying for this app which is sad for the sport. The app usually doesn’t work and when it does it will constantly log you out or boot you off of the app. Save yourself some time and spend that money on a new disc.

Expensive service and you don’t even get to watch the major tournaments. Just found out I have to upgrade to Pro in order to watch the European Open. Talk about poor user experience. I will be cancelling my subscription after this month.

The app is currently unusable. It was stuck on the splash screen indefinitely despite multiple hard closes and reinstalls. After several attempts I was able to get into the app but the Home Screen won’t load anything. When I try to log in, every time I enter my credentials and press log in it clears my password and doesn’t send the request. After several attempts it appears to have sent the request but I also get an indefinite loading spinner. Even on normal days when the app is at least functioning it is buggy. My authentication state often fails to load when navigating to an event screen requiring me to go back and navigate into the event screen multiple times before it loads. The video progress bar/scrubber is also buggy and inconsistent when switching between the live coverage and scrubbing back earlier in the coverage. A note on web: please add theater mode. The only options being full screen or the small window on the web page is painful.

constantly crashes for no reason at all, perfect wifi, no other apps running, not multitasking. PiP works 1/10 times without crashing for about 20 minutes and then itll crash anyways. the app will just lock up entirely and then crash 5 minutes later. the app is so clunky that itll sometimes freeze and actually disconnect my airpods and then theyll automatically reconnect and i have to open the app back up and close it because it crashed. if i could give this half a star i would. i just want to watch the coverage that i pay for, that i never used to have to pay for to watch seamlessly, and not deal with crashing.

This new subscription platform and app are absolutely terrible! Try to watch SWOPEN and I can’t and I have a Pro Subscription!!! I was watching and then it stopped and no link anywhere to play yesterday’s coverage or today’s live! This is awful just extremely disappointing and terrible for the sport!

I don't know how DGN doesn't have a 1-star average. For 13.00 per month, you get to watch the pre-production tournaments in real-time. That's it. When I say "real-time" ... that's what I mean. If the tournament ends at 6pm and you get home from your busy day at 7pm, ready to watch some disc golf... well too bad. You just have to wait until tomorrow like all of the unpaid fans. I strongly suspect that the executives at DGN are living the good life on fat salaries, while their content infrastructure and overall business model haven't been firmly established. For the sake of all the fans who don't deserve to be ripped off, and the sport at large... I hope that a massive restructuring of the leadership at DGN takes place soon. If you want to charge, then you must deliver, else you will go the way of the Dodo, and someone more competent will come along and devour you along with your market share. Good luck with all of that.
