All good processing speed with the app
The app works without bugs, however payments made on the app take a week to process while payment made online are immediate. If your banker doesn’t have an app it can be difficult to keep track of. Sometimes it will say your payments recieved but then it’s actually not and their return payment fee is $30
Avoid Discover if possible, especially if you are applying for your first credit card
Discover is great to work with, they watch your charges and notify you if anything is suspicious

Please let me control what I see in the widget. I don’t want to see my savings account that has $0.12 in it. Make your widget like the chime banking widget.
The worst customer service ever. This app does not inform you properly about any late payments or wrong information. Customer service will not fix any mistakes made by app error. I would not recommend this credit card based on these facts alone. I have several credit cards and this is the only one that will not be responsible for there mistakes.
Discover has the best rates for people like me that do not have a lot of money but still trying to earn some money with interest and cash back. Their customer service is great. I love that they are a fee free bank. Their app works flawlessly.
For years now, my badge icon has not worked. All other notifications have. My badge notifications work no problem on other apps. I have even checked my app and phone settings. I have background app refresh on, latest app update, and even a new phone. This has occurred since my last phone and customer service didn’t understand what I was referring to and gave me a very DENSE response. Not very happy with the most recent customer service but love the card and savings account. Will continue to use but wish this was handled better. Same responses that I had when I first reached out years ago.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Two cards and absolutely no issues and phone support is also great! Discover looks even better when comparing to the nightmare competitors I’ve had with crooked and stealing BofA (closed) and Citi’s (5 accts) OVERSEAS support which are the dumbest and could care less support agents who frequently hang up, or put you on eternal mute if you ask for a supervisor or an American agent. After that, Discover is fantastic along with Amex.
