No longer times a 2 minute brush
Since P & G update, it now only times 1 minute of brushing.
Such a bad app!!
Can’t connect - when it does it’s bugging - there is also no music even though the settings are on - really poorly done! Extremely disappointed!!
It works well I guess?
My little stepsister uses it but why do you need to use the camera for “target location and tracking” I am concerned

My daughter has been using this app for a little while now I see a big difference in her teeth and she loves getting new stickers this app is also really easy to use if u have little ones this is a definite must have
How do I get Frozen back?
I bought a “Frozen” themed toothbrush for my granddaughter to use when she stays over. At that time we got Frozen characters in the app which she loved. I got a new phone and had to re download the app, I did this but her “Frozen” characters are gone. I have tried going through your App Support, basically there is no support, so I am asking you through here, how do I get Frozen back on the app?

So I got this tooth brush a few days ago ( it’s a manual one ) it never scanned it and I read the instructions and still never scanned it is a frozen 1 tooth brush please help me

It’s ok
The idea is great, but it’s impossible to scan the Star Wars one. Really annoying!
Helpful app
This app is very helpful with my two kids - before it it was a struggle to brush for a full two minutes. My only complaint is that it is really difficult to scan in a picture to unlock additional albums (we use the oral b stages electric brush) - it used to sometimes take a minute or so of moving the brush around to get it to register the image and the lighting has to be just right - daylight not artificial light). In recent months they updated the app and now there's a limit to how long it will scan for a product (about 5 seconds and if it hasn't registered by then - which it never does - there's a pop up and it won't continue to search without backing out of that screen). This is frustrating and I hope it will be fixed soon!
