Just downloaded this for my kids and no sound is coming out at all. The music is turned on in the setting but no sound.

It is great it really helps
Can’t scan product
Hi guys. We love the app but I can’t get a Spider-Man toothpaste to scan and add the character. Couldn’t figure out another way to get in contact..
Brush your teeth
It helps me and other kids get their teeth done.
Needs improvement
Some characters refuse to scan no matter how many times I try. There also needs to be a way to save your progress to an account and to link to other devices. If you delete the app you have to start all over again

Great App, but Scanning is terrible
I love this app, but scanning doesn’t work. I have tried so many times to scan images on Oral-B branded toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the app always tells me it doesn’t recognise. It drives me insane.

Issues lately
My son normally loves this app but over the past 2 months the 5 day streak award will not work. He feels so let down and I feel so bad for him.
Great
Son loves this app to help him brush his teeth longer. Really annoying that we keep getting repeat pictures in the same day- he gets super annoyed when he gets the same picture from the morning again in the evening.
