This app is easy to use and minimalist step to top up and use the washing machines. Although I think the developer should add feature for tracking the machines🤍

All good but it will be better of there is history of usage of token

Been trying to use this so called app. even at the start was already s…tty! Kept on prompting on things that ive already submitted but seems that their back-end are useless and unable to retrieve the data. If you’re unable to invest in a good apps development vendor, my advise is DONT, but invest on how to improve your laundromat machines as well as your unreliable and problematic token machine!..used to like this brand but will move on to another, Dobi Queen’s a scam!

I cannot log in again to my dobiqueen apps. Its said that the user credentials is in correct.

Dobiqueen app used to be quite problematic. But the recent months it has gotten better and it now just works. Very easy to use, just scan and activate machines.

There is no extra token when reloading. Please fix

App good for now. I think it A plus if you add feature that we can track our clothes like when it will finish or does anyone disturb the machine while using

Lousy app. Can’t top up. At the end also use cash. The bonus token should be applicable to cash too.
