DO NOT USE THIS APP
They will charge you for things you haven’t agreed to and then will refuse to reimburse you. Steer clear. If I could give them -5 stars I would. I’m infuriated.

The app itself is okay. The program itself is misleading at sign up. It promises a personalized plan and yet there isn’t anything personalized about it. It got almost $200 out of me that they refuse to refund as well. I have tried! I realized after a Quick Look the app that this app does absolutely NOTHING that I can’t get from any free app or timer on my phone. When I explained this to customer service, they told me it wasn’t a good enough reason to ask for a refund. I’m disgusted with this attitude. Steer clear and go with a free app. FYI My Fitness Pal costs less for the premium and offers far more diversity and does the same thing.
The refund policy is horrible… you think you’ve cancelled your subscription, but then get charged again 3 months later 🤬🤬🤬
I tried getting a full refund for a subscription that auto renewed after the free trial but customer support said they can’t give me a full refund. Half a day’s work down the drain!
I didn’t even open the app or finish the “on-boarding” process and they automatically charged 80$ US. Do not download the app unless you plan on spending over 100$ Canadian that they won’t refund.
I literally just started using the app, but am not new to intermittent fasting. Tracking food isn’t always easy because sometimes the option to customize the portions isn't a available, so it’s not always accurate (e.g. I can’t track 1/4 of an avocado because the 1/4 isn’t an option in the list).
Total scam. They make it appear like you have a free 3 month trial but for 1$ us but they charge you for 3 months after 7 days hoping you won’t notice the charge on your credit card.
I had the same experience as many people on this forum…cancelled my subscription within an hour of signing up,and continued to be billed twice, totalling over $169 Cdn. They claimed to have no record of my request to cancel, wanted emails for proof,of which there are none because that’s not how you have to submit your request. I had to cancel my credit card to be sure they wouldn’t charge me again.Total rip-off!
Be aware when signing up for this app under any promotions. I tried the app under a $1 trial and didn’t feel it was for me. I deleted it shortly after. However somehow the trial signed me up automatically for renewal and it wound up costing me another $100 CDN for another 3 months. Seems that 3 months is the default renewal. It seems you only have 14 days after auto renewal to ask for a refund, far less than the typical time one might see a credit card statement. And no confirmation email is provided to inform you that you have renewed. Request for refunds were denied when asked in spite of me explaining my circumstances. I expect they catch a lot of people just trying to find an app to help their health goals, just to get ripped off
I started using the app earlier this week. So far I am down 4.2 lbs. Feeling more energetic. Not having the sugar/carb cravings. App is easy to use. Lots of tips for success. Lots of recipies. I hesitated subscribing but decided to try it and am glad I did. Hoping this is not "placebo effect". If I continue to feel like I do now I will likely subscribe for another 3 months to really set my habits.
