Dolly Helpers

The have bad support team members who will suspend u just for asking them a question not good people to work for ! The app is a good app the dolly workers they have for support are terrible barely speak English and are all about money they don’t fix the problem they’ll tell u to start a job but when the job is completed they’ll not pay you for the change whoever run the app or support team needs to be fired they don’t know what there doing as many others say the same

Dolly gets more than half from each delivery and has no remorse or empathy for their helper/drivers!!!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!

Not worth your time. I didn’t take any requests since I downloaded this app because the pay is 🗑️. $25 to pay for background check. Again not worth it.

app is very buggy and constantly crashes dont know if this is just my experience also support is no existent

Used to be good until now , I logged in one day and all my information was deleted and since theirs no phone number to call theirs no way to figure out what to do

Wish there was jobs closer to me with a little more pay gas is very high right now

Not really understanding how to I can improve chances to receive Dolly’s. Called customer support not sure that understand what I am asking. Their solution is to uninstall/ reinstall app. and if the problem continues take a screenshot. Huh? Tell me how do you take a screenshot of not getting a offer. I just want to know how to increase chances for receiving an offer.

This company is a scam haven't received payment in almost a month I was told by a support agent I would receive it right away every time I called until the last time where the lady said she hopes I receive my payment when I've driven hundreds of miles and haven't received payment even if I ever get my money they have no remorse how do you take customers hard earn money and keep it and not pay your drivers

Absolute trash gig app. Always have glitches in their system. Customer service is terrible. Takes on average 20mins to get someone on the line for immediate help. Reps barely speak or understand English. From time to time there are payment delays, have to wait until next day for payment. Payout rates for majority of the gigs are laughable. To use your truck, time, and gas to move a couch across town is $20-$30. You might get $40 if no one wants to take it. Everybody has been complaining about everything I just mentioned for over a year and nothing has been fixed or changed. Their response is always “we’re working on it”.
