I had raised an issue 6 months back on which they say their team is working hard but all now it has not been resolved. I really don’t understand how can a meagre issue be so hard to resolve that even 6 months period is small? Moreover they are reluctant to share any issue number so that I can escalate further. Need to improvise a lot is this segment. Thanks

Game gets hang while playing. After the automation age update of game.
It’s an amazing game and I have been a very active player since the past 4 years. It has awesome gameplay and keeps one hooked. The issue though is bugs ….and the developers lack of interest or ability to fix them. Despite repeated cases raised with their Helpdesk, issues like Instant Retrain, accurate donations count etc have not been fixed for me since over 2 years. The usual response is the “team is working on it”. So if ur unlucky enough to get some bugs either u have to suck it up and live with it or stop playing….those r really the 2 options u have.
