My game is not opening
Hello, it has been years that I am building and got quite advanced. A month ago the game is no more opening and can’t enter the game. Please can u keep me posted on what is happening ? Thank you for this amazing game . My name in the game is cbouez I guess. Awaiting for ur soonest reply

I have a problem since the last update 4 days ago: the daily reward when button pushed is giving a black screenAnd the troop retain option is not functioning
Gane crashes
This game was amazing until the last Christmas version. It starts crashing every 1 minute, even I can’t have enough time to report the issue. I am using iPhone 7 with latest iOS.
Bugs
I can not open the game, always failing to contact servers, for more than 2 weeks now, even tho my internet connection is very fast and playing all other games normally. Something need to be done, as I can not log in to play the game.

Hi my game doesn’t open for more than five days and I don’t know what to do also I am trying hard to fix my problem I assumed that it is from the internet but it is not because it still not working also I am in a high level at this account and I don’t want to lose it so if you please help me to get it back and thank you for an amazing game. Please try hard to fix it as much as you can and also sometimes the system gives me that the game is opening on other device but I am checking on my clan from my other account they are giving me that the hasn’t been opened for a 6 days and an hour so why it doesn’t open please try to figure out the problem and solve it for me please and thank you again.

After few minutes from logging,Game always crash and lost connection . The Museum in the last update, was the worst idea ever , it need to log in every 4 hours to collect it resource and you need always to switch artifacts when attacking and defending and collecting foods or golds ,it's frustrating. But I give it 2 star one for graphics and the concept of the game and the other for the person with the team developers who always responded my many complains

Nice game, a bit slow in the construction. Since the last update (2 days ago) the game keeps crashing.
