DoorBird

We have had the doorbird and video station for 3 years now. Often we don’t get in app notifications when bell is pressed. Sometimes delayed. It takes forever to establish streams from the app, which sometimes results in the person ringing the bell will leave before we can respond. This is on a cabled network with 1gbit fiber connection.

Helt grundliggende gør systemet hvad det skal. Jeg har fået tilføjet app delen og her hænger brugervenlighed og overblik en del. Jeg kan åbne og lukke Remote men ikke se om lågen er lukket /åben uden et ekstra modul. Det har jeg så tilkøbt. Logikken i den er bare helt gal. De første linjer hvor der står (open) skal man bruge som kontakt og trykke på uanset om man skal åbne eller lukke … og sådan er der bare flere småting. Nogle vil sige “se dog på kamera om lågen er lukket/åben”. Det er bare ikke nemt i tåge, mørke eller et blad lige har ramt linsen. Så funktioner er der - det halter bare meget med overblik og brugervenlighed og hvad der skal til for at det Helle spiller. Startede et sted og har måtte tilkøbe flere ting.

Great app that would be even greater if it was possible to see if the gate is open or closed. Out installation cannot be seen from the house so we need to go down to the gate to see if it is open or closed.

It will be nice if in the app it would be possible to select that the phone vibrates when someone rings the door phone to be sure to hear it and answer if phone is on silent. Thanks

I have had doorbird for over 2 years - And too many connection problems, tried solving them with tec dep, but to no use. Its a very expensive produckt, but feel like a very cheep one. The app i very confusing, its not user friendly at all.

All in all I’m disappointed by the DoorBird quality and would not buy it again. I have many issues: 1. the ringer button getting stuck after a press. 2. Poor video quality, especially at night. 3. Perhaps the biggest problem is people ringing your door but the ringer doesn’t go off until after the person at the door gave up. Delays is easy between 2 to 30 minutes. DoorBird is blaming apple saying its a push message problem. 4. Audio quality for the person at the door. It’s almost impossible to hear what the home owner is saying. Ecco back is also a big issue. 5. The amount of false alarms is quite high. On windy nights it’s all the time I guess from branches moving in the wind... I’ll give points for the intention, but all in all not all that impressed.
