When I finish a level it doesn’t continue on the next level, I have to close the app and repeat the same level over again

I am facing problem of double tapping in the game. When I tap one time on the item it takes 2 items not one. I am in stage golden coast level 39!!!!

Yes the game can be very compelling to WANT to continuously play.. BUT… The developers of this game have exploited every opportunity to make users watch an AD. We ALL understand that developers, designers, and programmers need to make their money somehow BUT… at what cost to actually enjoying the game experience that the entire team has worked so hard to create? A free game should NOT require users to be FORCED to watch dozens of ads just to be able to play the game more. I say this because even the in game shop does not allow you to exchange coins USERS earned for diamonds. Diamonds are crucial for the development of your locations and if you don’t develop, it’s nearly impossible to clear a level unless you sit through multiple ads hoping to try a new strategy that most likely than not will work (trust me, I tried)… I even clocked the reward timer for extra speed and it started me almost 2 mins less than what I earned! If you’re desperate for more, always silence your phone and be prepared to sit through multiple ads to rack up.

I enjoy the game however there have been several technical glitches. When this happens diamonds that you use are wasted and not placed back in your account when the app refreshes. The developers are not accommodating to this issue. So you’ll basically be wasting your money and all you’ll get is an I’m sorry.

Honestly I’ve completed and re-downloaded this game like a million times. My question is when will there be a new hotel and or can you add more levels to all the hotels like the first two? I have enjoyed playing this game, just need something new to look forward to. Thank you!

I used to play this game a couple of years and made it at least 4 levels beyond underwater hotel. I recently readied the game and the Underwater hotel is now the last game? When will the other levels be added back? Thank you. Love the game.

I really do enjoy this game. However, why do I have to use diamonds for purchases and upgrades, instead of coins? I have hundreds of thousands of coins and 2 diamonds. At this rate, it could take days, sometimes weeks to pass a level

I have been playing this game for the past 2 months, even going as far as spending $USD to progress further in the game. As i’ve reached half way through the Honeymoon Hotel, I’ve noticed a bug in the levels where you have to check in guests by key colors. When checking in couples into the Honeymoon Suites, the color key tracker is not going up to include the guests i’ve checked in by key color. Seeing as this is essential to pass the levels, i’m stuck in the same level that i cannot pass because the bug is not properly adding up the completed check ins which will not allow me to pass the level. I have even tried using boosters that I paid for which even will not work, essentially stealing my money.

Beat every level. Please add new hotels or levels.
