To everyone If you have funds that you want to bank somewhere with, I would advise you to not use this app or this Neobank, because while US Alliance is in back of them, this particular bank is likely to do various moves such as calling your funds fraudulent, and you could lose your money, just as I have! I had an online friend send me somewhere around $8000, and when I spent some of it and I violated their long wait rules unknowingly, before you can use the money that is sent in your account, so they closed my account, then after I called them, they sent me a check for more than $3000! And finally, after 75 days approximately, I was sent a check which I received more than two months ago and have been attempting to cash it ever since, but I hadn’t been able to, so now I finally made a phone call again and asked for a real answer! Because they had been giving me various answers and obviously I had been given the runaround and a Check Cashing store that’s ready to cash it was also calling them and getting the runaround from them also, they finally told me after I insisted on a clear answer, oh, we’ve decided that the money is fraudulent so you won’t be able to cash the check! Why did they send the check in the first place if the money, was sent fraudulently? Why didn’t they just not issue the check and claim the funds were fraudulent and not going through all this effort and wasting my time and money trying to cash it and then they tell me at the end of this long set of attempts to cash it that is supposed to be a fraudulent check? If you’re a fraudster yourself, you would probably find a great home with this place, but for me who has little money to live on, I would suggest you take your banking needs elsewhere and don’t rely on these bunch of Crooks because they do not serve your best interests! Too bad that those big business super wealthy, elites protect crooks like these, thus they hide their reasonings and won’t reveal why they take various actions and expect us to have to suffer their lies, because otherwise I would take this lousy Bank to court and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law!

Todo muy bien. Pude transferir dinero de otra cuenta con mucha facilidad. Me llegó mi tarjeta Visa sin cargo alguno.

Me gusta! La he estado usando durante aproximadamente un mes y es muy una solución buena. Espero nuevas funciones, idealmente algún tipo de opción de crédito. De lo contrario, la aplicación es fácil de usar y sin problemas y bilingüe!

Me encanta tener la habilidad de tener un banco que puede ayudarme en mi idioma (español) fue muy fácil habría mi cuenta y la comunicación por la aplicación fue simple y al punto.

Dora was super easy to sign up for and very user friendly, I love that I don’t have to jump through hoops to get a bank account with a actual bank. They also have amazing programs to help get my credit back on track!

Fácil de abrir una cuenta, funciona con Zelle y tienen muy buen servicio al cliente.

I have forgotten my password and when I try to change it and put in the sms code it keeps saying the app is down so I can’t even log in
