i love this app, very educational. however I think this app will benefit people more if it allowed listening to audios while the phone is off. I want to be able to jog and listen to audios without constantly keeping my phone on.

Access to all of Dr Bergs material, and that’s a lot! ★★★My suggestion is to enable app users to create their own favorite lists, which would help tailor the app to our personal needs. Eg Specific health topics and recipes. Thanks!❤︎❤︎❤︎

I love Dr Bergs videos and clear information. He is direct and great to get information from.

Love Dr Eric Berg, but the only reason I’d use the app is to listen to the audios while doing other things on my phone like google maps, but the audio stops when you change apps

It’s the best health app I have seen. So informative, so easy to use, everything is explained so well, with free videos. Thank you so much Dr Berg. I’m about to start the 14 Days Sugar Free diet with a group of friends and I know it will get results. We will have fun along the way helping one another. For turning my blood sugars around, I found the Dr Berg app very educational and informative. I became very aware, mindful and understanding of the foods I was consuming and how they were affecting my body. Also I could research on the kind of multivitamins and minerals I needed through the same app. I was expecting to turn my blood sugars around within a month, I actually did it in a week and my doctor took me off my medication once she saw the consistency of my low blood sugar.
