Really love all of the information available. I’m not really swayed to use the app over YouTube for a couple reasons. There isn’t much of a category/playlist option. Also, audio or video stops when you close your screen, just like YouTube. If this was corrected it would be a much more handy tool.

You are the best doctor I have come across, it’s hard to find the good info among a lot of misinformation - force fed to you via google etc. But I got to say the best evidence is in personal results and after following your recommendations. I feel amazing, I’m fasting for 18-20 hours a day easily with no hunger. I started doing Keto first and then found it easier to fast after that since your not as hungry. I found really good sauerkraut and raw goat milk cheese, and I’m getting that vitamin K2 in me. I also love the app and think it’s great that you included a lot of the extras as free I will definitely go through them and take notes. The reason I know your the real deal because I had GERD awhile back in my 20s and I thought it was due to acid, the marketing cemented this idea. But one day I tried ACV and it made my heart burn go away instantly, this is when I knew something about the info that you get from these “health sites” was misleading. The whole picture starts to emerge and when I saw your videos I knew I found someone who is like minded and know that I can trust. Thanks Dr. Berg. I look forward to watching more of your videos and using your app. -Ryan

This is an awesome app with a lot of very important and helpful information, I love it for that but I would also like to see a food tracker and intermittent fasting tracker added to this, for me, because I’m overweight and need help, being accountable is also very helpful in a healthy weight loss journey.

5 star for Dr.Berg. but the app itself needs some improvements. 1. There needs to be a 'now playing' to show what you are listening to when it comes to audio books or audio episodes. 2. I opened an audio episodes, and searched for a video, when I clicked to watch the video, the audito didn't stop and kept playing. Some code is missing to only allow one item to be played at once. I've only just downloaded for 5mins, so that's it for now.😉. I'll bring back further feeduif there is any. Thank you Dr.Berg for sharing all these contents.
