Good one
All about training is very intuitive and well made. What I am really missing is option to set reminder notifications at current time in day (like remind me training at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM). It is really annoying to set time of next training after each training.

Movements with no results, all lies and scams. They take your money every month, and there’s no one to contact—just a group of scammers and a fraudulent app.

I’m 64 years old. WAS having issues. Just do the excercises 3 minutes 2xs a day. WAMMO
They are crooks
I thought I was signing up to pay $15 once to get the app. This is what is worth. I was shocked to see a $31 recurring monthly charge. What a ripoff fit for a nice but basic app. I asked for a refund and they refused
It really works!
This app and subscription is definitely worth every penny. The workouts are easy, even if you change the difficulty. I enjoy the results everyday!
Would Not Recommend - Shady Business.
The exercises have been great on this app. However, I’m incredibly disappointed in the company itself. I paid for a month or service at $15.19 for the first month. My charge for the second month more than doubled to $31. The companies support/contact is non-existent within the app.
Fraudulent charges.
I cancelled this app. Not because the information is bad. I’m cancelled the app. They payments do not go through the apple subscription area in your app section it is separate so you have to cancel on their app/website. However, even though I cancelled they still continue to try running my payment every few days. I’ve been reporting the charges on apple but they keep coming.
Works AMAZING
Already noticing fantastic results after 10 days!!! If you put the time in (~10 min daily) it really works!
Don’t waste your money
App doesn’t work. Customer support is horrible. Making me jump through hoops to get the app to work. I lost my patience and asked for a refund and was given more homework to do. Impossible to find the information they are requesting. Most ridiculous app purchase I’ve ever had.
