Thanks to this game i found my true love here I didn’t expect it! Now we were together for 4yrs and 1months living together happy together🥹🥹🥹

This could have been an excellent game. Problem is that it has too many things wrong with it. If you start to play this game, prepare to be frustrated. [1] Contains many glitches which you will probably discover because developer seem to care more about the next money-making event than fixing the bugs. [2] The main storyline is very shallow and the dialog needs fixing. There is a point where the dialog will be shifting to Chinese from your selected language. [3] Too many items to worry about. Too many currencies. The newer the player, the more complicated it will be for them. The rewards you receive is only spare change. Improving your character is very expensive and time-consuming. The developers keep adding more items and activities to the point that it doesn't make sense anymore. The instructions for the item, if present, still needs more explaining. The player is left to understand what the instructions meant. [4] I haven't emphasized enough that the in-game instructions and feature descriptions need more clarity. In fact, the whole game needs a major overhaul. SUGGESTION: If developers cannot fix the problems I mentioned here, at least include an AI that will guide the players on what to focus on or accomplish next instead of the players fending for themselves. But, if I were you, I would fix all the problems mentioned here AND include the AI. Maybe the AI guide can also be EVA, instead of being the only NPC colored in blue. Also, don't make the side quests too difficult and time-sensitive.

All are goods but the bugs and the bully that we had in that game. We have been reaching out for the toxic and bully people but u guys havent do anything. You always ignore us. Please take an action of this ^^ Some of the toxic people going thru to our personal account.

i love the game but the little thing i care about was the clothes pls updated more clothes but make it free so that a player who can’t but any top up can have a clothes and a weapon thats all

It’s pretty hard seeing enemy hp when there are buttons/icons on the screen tbh. But overall the game is pretty great I love it and it’s not laggy too.

Totally amazing game with stunning visuals! I downloaded this game after Dragon Nest shut down on mobile to fill the MMORPG void in my heart and I can say its a better fit for me. I would like to interact more with the characters, so maybe a romance/affection feature with the NPC's would be perfect.

This game is very interactive and fun. I enjoyed playing the game since i started playing 3 years ago. However recently, the developers did not resolve ongoing issues about the Ladder of Infinity (LOI) event. Players are openly cheating and manipulating the event. I reported this issue multiple times over the past 2 months to the Facebook Dragon Raja SEA group and even sent out direct messages into Eva inbox via Facebook Messenger. BUT this issue still wasn't resolve up to today. In the game, many players have expressed their discontent and unhappiness to the cheating and manipulating players (specifically top 1 LOI group members and Loyalty club). These rankers bragged about how they are going to continue this cheating and manipulative act every single month in LOI. How is this fair for all the other players struggling to compete in this event? I'm feeling disappointed with this game at this point. The amount of manipulation, cheating and bullying is just unbearable and totally unfair for players who have spent time, money, and topup in this game, even for players who do not topup, it is even harder for them to even voice out their opinions. This is why many players have either quit, do not participate in this event, or stop topup in this game. So, just a sugguestion and opinion, for the developers to look at the parameters (history log and cheating players) of the LOI event. Impose some grave punishment for the cheating and manipulative players. Eva inbox is useless, this customer service is not even escalating or even trying to resolve the issue, sometimes just a general reply with no sign of providing solution to it.

I’ve been playing for almost 2 years now but after the recent update, the download of additional resource package would always stop at 776 MB saying that there’s a problem with my connection. I already tried everything including restarting my WiFi router, uninstalling & installing the app and restarting the game multiple times. I hope you guys fix this because this is such a huge disappointment. By the way, every online game I have on this device works perfectly that’s why I’ve come to the conclusion that my WiFi connection is not the problem.
