Why is it crashing?

Halloweeen event

i wanted to vent my frustration because it seems that the halloween event disappoints me . it supposed to be from all players from f2p to spender but earlier ago . whenever I died from the mini , mvp and bosses , it wont respawn on the groumd because there’s spreading bones(mobs 100 level) . so can you fix this rox ?

Even simple activities like fishing and mining is a casino

WARNING TO THOSE WHO ARE PLANNING TO PLAY THIS GAME OR RETURNEES IN FUTURE NEW SERVERS!!! THIS GAME IS A PURE CASINO! I have spent 1000 stamina gathering singing plant for pupa sulcata material for crafting protection stones. When I try to fish, I barely get pupa sulcata.. out of 100 baits, I only got FREAKING 34!!! WHAT A RIPOFF AND A WASTE OF TIME!!! What’s the point of telling us to gather specific bait for a specific fish if it doesn’t even increase the chance of you getting the fish you want. TOTAL RIP-OFF OF A GAME.. JUST WANTS US TO SPEND TO GET THE BASIC ITEMS IN GAME.

Lost character

Suddenly got log out then after relogin my character was lost from my account Support center takes hours to reply and cant understand the problem

I enjoyed the game

The game is fun; I played the original RO in the PC version, though there's a lot of difference in some areas, I was able to appreciate the new development of the game. Update: after playing for quite sometime, I realized that the daily quest is too overwhelming. it's like a routine. it gets boring. I hope they can do something about it. Latest update: 2024 I just came back and im really enjoying the adventures

Lag issues

The latest update is so laggy made the game quite heavy for some users. i think maybe optimize a little bit and all is good to go

WHERE IS MY CHARACTER

I lost my character in ragnarok. it is linked to my gmail and facebook. Now when I download ragnarok and put my gmail. there are no characters left in the account, why is that?

Not fun to play anymore

Very hard to refine Very hard to enchant Coupons good-luck if u were lucky enough All is a waste of time…. Better play to earned games than this. If notice alot of players quitting thats it.
